Restora is a small team of cleaners and handymen who run the business together with our families. We are dedicated to providing excellent maintenance, repair, and cleaning services to homeowners, property managers, landlords, and tenants across the city of Calgary. We started Restora to meet a need that is broader than changing door locks, mopping floors or repainting living rooms. We are dedicated to partnering with and equipping youth and young adults as they seek to access jobs and enter the workforce.

Sometimes young adults face challenges above and beyond the average entry-level job seeker. Some young people struggle to access basic needs such as transportation, government IDs, or bank accounts. They may be missing educational requirements or professional experience. Some also face significant cultural barriers. For entry-level workers who need some extra support, Restora works flexibly to minimize obstacles and develop strategies for immediate and long-term job success.

Young adulthood can also be a time of major housing transition. At Restora, we love to work with youth and young adults who are experiencing housing insecurity throughout the city. We are also committed to employing Indigenous young adults moving from reserves to Calgary for the first time. Restora exists as a bridge for young people who are in between housing, and we center our business operations and work environment around their unique needs.
