How much do your services cost?

We only offer pricing on a project by project basis, but our rates are consistently some of the most affordable around. To get an estimate for any of our services, submit details about the size and scope of your project at our online estimator tool.

Will teams bring their own equipment or supplies for services? Do I need to provide anything?

Restora teams will bring our own supplies and equipment . If you would prefer us to use any specific products, let us know in the “Additional Details” box when you are filling out your online estimate. 

Does Restora accept cancellations? How much notice do I need to provide?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice, otherwise additional charges will apply.

How will my home be accessed? Do I need to be home during the time of service?

For first-time customers, we may recommend an initial walkthrough in person. For additional services we can arrange for alternative access to your property such as a lock box or door code if you prefer. Your key or code will be kept confidential, and the information will only be accessible to management and the team leads assigned to your job.

I have a pet - can my animal be at home during the time of service?

If your pets don’t mind visitors, having them at home is not a problem. 

Do you accept special requests? What about recurring services?

If you don’t see what you need while filling out your online estimate, feel free to add a detailed description in the “additional details” section and we will do our best to accommodate.

Are there any specific services Restora does NOT provide?

To ensure reasonable and safe work conditions, and to comply with provincial regulations, the following are out of our scope: structural changes or renovations, and installations or projects that require significant modifications in plumbing, gas lines, electrical, or HVAC.

For safety, our employees do not climb scaffolding or ladders higher than 15 feet without an exception given directly from Restora Property Care management.

Do you provide cleaning services?

While we have provided cleaning services in the past, we have shifted our focus to maintenance and repair services. If you have used our cleaning services before, please reach out with your project details and we will see if it fits our schedule. If not, we can connect you with other quality cleaners in the area.
